festival fees (includes lunch) Whole Festival = $165

accommodation A variety of accommodation options are available including camping, dormitory, single, twin and double rooms (prices range from $15 to $85 per night). Accommodation costs include evening meals and breakfast. Single, twin and double rooms are very limited and priority will be given to those who book for the whole Festival. Information on local accommodation is available on request. It is not possible to book on-site accommodation without booking for teachings.

Single room: 18 - 22 Nov. AU $340 (must book whole festival)
Double room: 18 – 22 Nov. AU $220 per person (must book whole festival)
Twin room: AU $220 per person (must book whole festival)
Dormitory: Whole festival AU $140. Per night: AU $35
Camping: Whole festival AU $ 60. Per night: AU $15
travel KMC Australia is located an hour out of Melbourne city in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. Parking at KMC Australia is limited, booking is essential and please car pool where possible.
A return shuttle service to and from Tullamarine Airport (Melbourne) is available – bookings essential. A pick-up service to and from Belgrave Train Station can also be booked online. Click here for details.

car parking On-site parking is limited so please take advantage of our pick-up service or car-pool where possible. If you require car parking you must book in advance.
children Children are welcome but special conditions apply. If you wish to bring a child under 16 please ask for a separate booking form. Please note children cannot be accommodated in dormitories, single or twin/double rooms. Children aged 2 – 15 who are camping or non-resident are charged half price, and there is no charge for children under 2. More information about facilities for children is available on request.
confirmation letter You will receive your confirmation via mail or email. Please bring this letter with you to register at the Festival Registration Desk or be ready to show photo identification..
dates & times The festival begins with dinner at 6pm on 18 November and finishes at 1pm on 22 November. Festival fees do not include accommodation on the night of the Tuesday 22 November.
registration Registration is between 2pm and 7pm on Friday 18 November, on other days please go to Reception.
special needs There are toilet and shower facilities available for disabled people. Access to the main building and Temple is ramped but we regret that some areas of the site are inaccessible to wheelchair users. Please write to us in advance to discuss any special requirements – we will do our best to meet your needs.
