Festival Fees (includes lunch)
Whole Festival = $175 or: Fri $20 • Sat $50 • Sun $50 • Mon $50 • Tue $25
Single, Double, Twin and Dormitory Rooms are limited, and must be booked for the whole festival. There is plenty of camping available. Accommodation costs include evening meals and breakfast. (Teachings booked separately and include lunch – see above).
(Festival fees do not include accommodation on the night of Tuesday 3 January.)
Single, twin and dormitory rooms are limited and can only be booked for the whole Festival.
Camping can be booked for one or more evenings.
Single room: AU $105 per night (must book whole festival)
Double room: AU $75 per night (per person) (must book whole festival)
Twin room: AU $75 per night per person (must book whole festival)
Dormitory: AU $40 per night (must book whole festival and bring own bedding)
Camping: AU $30 per night (must bring own tent & bedding)
On-site parking is limited so please take advantage of our pick-up service or car-pool where possible. If you require car parking you must book in advance.
For those coming by car, parking is limited and must be booked online. For those coming by public transport, a pick-up service is available to and from the closest train station (Belgrave),and can also be booked online. Shuttle times are on the info page.
Children are welcome but special conditions apply. If you wish to bring a child under 16 years please ask for a separate booking form and further information. Confirmation letter You will receive your confirmation via mail or email. Please bring this letter with you to register at the Festival Registration Desk or be ready to show photo identification.
There are toilet and shower facilities available for disabled people. Access to the main building and Temple is ramped but we regret that some areas of the site are inaccessible to wheelchair users. Please write to us in advance to discuss any special requirements – we will do our best to meet your needs.
Dates & Times
The festival begins with dinner at 6pm on Friday 30 Dec and finishes after lunch on Tues 3rd January 2017.
Festival bookings do not include accommodation on the night of the Tue 3 Jan. Accommodation can also be booked for an early arrival (Thursday 29 Dec) or a late stay (Tues 3 Jan).
